We offer a range of crown top finish glass bottles in different capacities and shapes to meet the packaging needs of different products. All crown cap glass bottles are made of high quality glass material with high transparency and smooth surface. At the same time, we provide two material choices, flint glass and high flint glass, to meet different customers' pursuit of transparency and texture of glass bottles.
Crown caps play an important role in beer and carbonated drinks packaging. The classic crown cap design is not only easy to open and seal, but also protects the taste and freshness of the beverages. In order to meet the needs of different customers, we provide customised service for lids. Whether it is a single colour or complex gradient colour, it can be perfectly presented through precise craftsmanship, and it can also be printed with brand logo, pattern, etc.
Carton: Glass bottles can be wrapped tightly with bubble wrap or foam paper to prevent mutual collision or friction. Then, put the wrapped glass bottles into a carton with a grid, which can effectively separate each glass bottle to avoid shaking in transport. In addition, a liner can be added to the carton or a large PE bag can be used for further protection.
Pallet: Arrange the glass bottles neatly on a solid wood pallet, then use dividers to stratify and stack them one on top of the other. Finally, wrap the whole pallet with wrap-around packaging film.
Carton+pallet: Put the glass bottles into the carton, which is designed with compartmentalised gears inside the carton, so that each glass bottle has its own space. Stack the cartons on a pallet and secure with plastic wrap for forklift operation and stacking.
